Authorities are searching for a suspect in connection to a burglary at the Kaulokahaloa Nui Faculty Apartments in Mānoa Valley. The incident was reported on Monday and happened between midnight and 8 a.m., according to DPS.
DPS reports say "the unknown perpetrator cut the back screen, attempted to open the sliding door, and removed jealousies from a window, but did not make entry into the apartment."
No items were reported missing or stolen. A report was filed with Honolulu Police.
Roughly a year ago, two individuals allegedly burglarized a home at the Kau'iokahaloa Iki Faculty Housing complex.
