Taste of Mānoa

On Thursday, March 14, 2019, the Taste of Mānoa event kicked off at 5:30 p.m. at the Campus Center Courtyard.

The menu items included a vegetarian banh mi dog by Chef Kanale Ikaika Cruz, beef frank on a bun by Chef Dana Higashi, hoisin smoked guava chicken bao with pickled vegetables by Chef Anela Kahapea, hoisin pork loin by Chef Wes Ching, crab cake served on a ciabatta roll by Chef Carl Peterson, and mini pies such as strawberry, pecan, chocolate, haupia, lilikoi and apple.

Pre-sale tickets were sold for $5 for three plates and day-of tickets were $2 per plate.
