No. 2 BYU made quick work of the No. 1 ranked UH men's volleyball team in a 25-15, 25-17, 25-20 sweep Thursday night at the Stan Sheriff Center.

A season-high of 6,143 people saw the 'Bows (14-1) suffer their first sweep loss at home since facing the Cougars (17-0) in 2016. It was BYU's fourth straight win of the series in Honolulu as the team avenged a UH sweep in Provo last year.

BYU hit a blistering .603 for the match and tallied 10 service aces to remain undefeated. The Cougars only committed five attack errors and limited the 'Bows to just one block.

Rado Parapunov and Colton Cowell struggled as they finished the match with 11 errors and 19 kills.

The 'Bows have a chance to redeem themselves tomorrow night in a rematch at the Stan Sheriff Center at 7 p.m.
